Downsizing couple Martyn and Shanny have struck a For Sale By Owne deal with upsizing couple, Lindsay and Fischer. But a house full of everything a family accumulates is a lot to pack, so the new owners have given the sellers a few weeks to finish the job. At the celebratory handing-over of the keys, what begins as the celebration of a simple transaction deliciously spirals into a hilarious, irreverent, uncensored free-for-all.
